This Emotional Intelligence

Introduction to
OD (Entry Level)
Designed for those individuals
who are new to the field or currently practicing
in the field of OD. This certificate program will
provide you with the theories, processes, tools
and competencies needed to help your organization
become more effective.
The first step to certification
involves:

- Completion of an
OD Competency Assessment and create a professional
developmental plan outlining your professional
development goals. A mentor or coach will help
to finalize your developmental plan.
- Completion of Four
Foundational Workshops - Professional development
includes the following four requisite foundational
workshops. Those interested may sign up by completing
the enclosed enrollment application.
- Attendance to a
minimum of two OD Professional Development Events.
