2008 ANNUAL Membership is due January 1^st!

Many of you have already contributed to the success of our organization. To achieve our goals for this year, we are requesting you as an OD professional to support our organization by joining the South Florida OD Networking Group as a member.

The renewal fee is:

• Individuals — $50.00
• Students — $25.00
• Corporate Memberships
  • $100.00 for one to three memberships
  • $150.00 for up to five memberships
  • $200 for 6 memberships
