OD Manager

I am seeking an OD manager for my client a publicly traded global, health insurance company in Miami. Person will be responsible for running all OD initiatives for the domestic and LATAM offices. Company has 400 domestic employees and 100 in LATAM. Main responsibilities will center around change management techniques, as company was acquired last year.

Position will pay 85K plus bonus and benefits.
