Facilitation Skills, Part 2
with Gigi Gerson Glazer, OD Consultant at 4|G
fa·cil·i·tate < verb (used with object), -tat·ed, -tat·ing
1. to make easier or less difficult; help forward (an action, a process, etc.)
This meeting is a continuation of our well-attended and engaging March meeting. Gigi got us all thinking then about what truly effective facilitation is, and the times that we are - and are not - performing as a facilitator in our varied work. We ended then with some eyes opened and possibilities that had emerged. Join us anew for further exploration of this fascinating topic!
